Case Study: Empty Nester Multi-Purpose Closet
Like many older Florida homes, this home lacked a garage. Instead my married friends were using a narrow closet (can't even fit a washer & dryer) to store precious family heirlooms, seasonal decor, toys for the grandkids, hardware supplies, and much more.
To maximize their budget, they decluttered prior to their project (tons of photos!!) and continued to declutter while I was present. We built new bookshelves for the space and maxed out vertical storage with clear, easy-to-grab bins & a better flow.
